At BraamByBike, we understand that plans can change. As a small, community-driven organisation, we do our best to accommodate changes while keeping our operations sustainable and fair to everyone involved.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. Instead, we allow you to:

Reschedule your booking to a new date (subject to availability and our confirmation), or

Use your booking credit towards a different BraamByBike experience, event, or product of equal value.
2. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour or experience may qualify for a partial refund or full credit voucher (at our discretion).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience unfortunately, forfeit the booking but may be considered for credit in special cases, at our sole discretion.
3. Weather and Operational Changes
If weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues prevent us from running your booked tour:

You will receive a voucher or credit to rebook the same or a similar experience at a later date.

Refunds are only offered if we are unable to provide a reasonable alternative.
4. No-shows
If you do not attend your booked experience without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
5. Flexibility and Fairness
We are a small, people-first business. Every booking directly supports our community projects, youth employment, and local initiatives, so we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility when unforeseen changes occur.
