A Seat At The Table is a seven-course culinary journey across South Africa’s landscapes and flavours. Each dish draws inspiration from a different region; from township kitchens rich in heart and spice to coastal plates kissed by the ocean breeze. Every course is presented by the chef, who shares the story behind the ingredients, the place, and the people that inspired it.
Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a local wine, chosen to complement its flavours and deepen the experience.
